Testimonials

BACC is a wonderful program that we are lucky to have here in the Nauset School district. It provides a nurturing, enriching, safe and fun place for my kids to go after school, allowing me to focus on work and not worry about them. It's an affordable essential for working parents.

About Us

Nauset Youth Alliance, formerly known as the Brewster After School Child Care Program, Inc., was established in 1991 to serve the children and parents of Stony Brook Elementary School, (SBES) and then Eddy Elementary School (EES), by providing safe and supervised after school or summer childcare and school age programming for children, ages 5 to 14.  In 2009, the name of the organization was changed to Nauset Youth Alliance, enabling us to expand our offerings of enriching programs to youth in the Nauset Regional Middle School community.

NYA incorporates the After-School and Summer Youth Programs at the Nauset Regional Middle School (NYA at NRMS), the Brewster After-School Programs (BACC) at the Eddy and Stony Brook Elementary Schools in Brewster, Nauset Youth Alliance Summer Program, and the numerous activities and enrichments that are offered throughout the year.

Nauset Youth Alliance emphasizes the process of creativity, learning, socialization and citizenship through activities, choices and facilitation. Our programs are focused on meeting the intellectual, social, emotional and physical needs of the children enrolled in NYA programs, activities and enrichments.

Nauset Youth Alliance is a private, non-profit corporation, organized under laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and qualifies as a tax exempt organization under Internal Revenue Code 501(c)(3).

Nauset Youth Alliance is licensed by the Massachusetts Department of Early Education and Care (EEC) as a School Age Child Care Program.  The highest staff to child ratio permitted by EEC is 1 to13 on-site and 1 to 10 off-site.
